V1.5
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp tamari
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp maple syrup
V1
- 3 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp MSG
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a wide mouth container and whisk until smooth. If the mixture seems too thick, add warm water as needed. Transfer to a squeeze bottle for long term storage and easy dispensing.
Notes
Powdered seasoning such as MSG, ginger, and garlic will create a gritty flavor. I would suggest dissolving those in hot water before mixing in other ingredients. The mixture might taste very sweet when freshly mixed, but will loose sweetness as it melds in the fridge. Always liberally sweeten if you're going to eat it later.
