Microwave pupcake
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs peanut butter (no xylitol)
- 2 tbs fat free plain greek yogurt
Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana in a mixing bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and egg, mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased bowl, mug, or mold.
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes, checking that the cake is cooked through.
- Let cool completely before releasing from pan, frosting with the greek yogurt, and decorating.
