Ingredients

  • Cucumbers
  • 3 quart jars
  • 3 cups white vinegar
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tbsp pickling salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 small onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp dill seed
  • 2 tbsp pickling spice

Instructions

  • Combine all in stock pot and bring to boil. Sterilize jars, fill with cucumbers, pour brine over cucumbers and can.
