Pico de gallo
Ingredients
- 2-3 Cups Ripe Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Small Red Onion
- 5 Jalapeño or Serrano Peppers
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 1⁄2 Cup Coriander/Cilantro
- 1⁄2 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions
- Remove the seeds and pith from the chilli peppers. Separate the leaves and stalks of the coriander/cilantro.
- By hand, chop all the ingredients very finely.
- Mix together in a bowl along with the salt and lime juice.
Notes
The cherry tomatoes might have some tough skins, and will produce a lot of juice. You can keep or pour off the excess juice, depending on how you want your salsa to be.
