Ingredients
pie pastry
- 1 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3/8 cup milk
white sauce - 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- Onion, garlic powder, pepper
- Parmesan to taste
filling - 2 quorn naked chik'n cutlets
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1 cup stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, celery)
Instructions
pie pastry
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Melt butter, add it and milk to dry
- Whisk until mixed thoroughly
white sauce - Melt butter
- Add flour
- Add milk
- Season to taste
filling - After making white sauce, line a bread loaf pan with pastry
- Mix quorn and vegetables into white sauce
- Pour into loaf pan
- Top with pastry
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. If not brown, increase temp to 380 for 5 minutes.
