Ingredients

  • 1 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3/8 cup milk
    white sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • Onion, garlic powder, pepper
  • Parmesan to taste
    filling
  • 2 quorn naked chik'n cutlets
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1 cup stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, celery)

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients
  • Melt butter, add it and milk to dry
  • Whisk until mixed thoroughly
    white sauce
  • Melt butter
  • Add flour
  • Add milk
  • Season to taste
    filling
  • After making white sauce, line a bread loaf pan with pastry
  • Mix quorn and vegetables into white sauce
  • Pour into loaf pan
  • Top with pastry
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. If not brown, increase temp to 380 for 5 minutes.
